Installing the Plug-in

Install the Polaris Software Integrity Platform plug-in in Jenkins.

To install the Polaris Software Integrity Platform plug-in, do the following steps:

1. Click Manage Jenkins on the left navigation and then click Manage plugins.
2. Select the Available tab. Note that if the plug-in is already installed, it does not appear in the Available list.
3. Select Synopsys Polaris Software Integrity Platform Plugin.
4. Click Download now and install after restart, which is the Synopsys recommendation for installing the plug-in.
5. When Jenkins restarts, confirm that the plug-in is successfully installed by navigating to Manage Jenkins > Manage plug-ins > Installed, and verify that Synopsys Polaris Software Integrity Platform Plugin (Polaris) displays in the list.
